When will my order be delivered?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping can take an additional 3-5 business days. Need it faster? We also offer expedited shipping options during checkout.

How do I track my order?

Keep your eyes on your inbox. We'll shoot you an email as soon as your order ships with a tracking link where you can view more detailed shipping information. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once your order is confirmed.

What if my order didn't arrive?

What if I want to cancel or modify my order?

Change of heart? No sweat, shoot us a message at hello@humandesire.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Fair warning, we're pretty speedy with shipping, so catch us before your order hits the road.

Do you ship internationally?

We're keeping it local for now. Human Desire only ships within the United States.

What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

Not the goods you were expecting? Bummer. Shoot us a message at hello@humandesire.com, and include pics of the snafu - damaged goods, wrong items, and the shipping barcode sticker along with any packing slips. We'll work to set things straight.

Order never arrived? Let us know at hello@humandesire.com and we'll reach out to the shipping carrier to investigate.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only if a product is defective, damaged, or expired. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return.
